I've worked hands-on in construction: on site, coordinating crews, and keeping the work moving. I've seen how much time gets lost to paperwork, missed approvals, late deliveries and crews waiting on information.
I started Goodtimes Media to fix that with software built around how jobsites actually run, not technology looking for a problem to solve.

Do you only work with construction companies?
Construction is our first specialty, but the same approach works for any business with repetitive admin, scheduling or reporting. Get in touch and we'll tell you honestly if we're a fit.
Do I have to replace the software I already use?
Usually not. We often connect and automate the tools you already have, and only build new pieces where they add real value.
What's included in each package?
Starter ($1,500 setup plus $250/month) includes one defined custom workflow, initial setup, basic training and ongoing support within agreed limits. Growth (from $3,500 setup plus $450/month) includes up to 3 connected workflows or a custom dashboard/app, integrations with existing systems, team training, priority support, and a monthly check-in with time-savings reporting. More complex projects are quoted separately.
Will my crew actually use it?
That's the point of building it around how they already work. Tools are mobile-friendly and kept as simple as possible for use in the field.
What happens on the discovery call?
